CUSTOM APPLICATIONS

Custom applications. Your business dictates how it works.

Complete software built for your specific workflow. From resource planning to billing systems, we build applications that do exactly what your business needs.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Do any of these situations sound familiar?

We start from the real context of your business to understand what should be resolved first.

LACE

The software forces you to change

You adapt your processes to functions that were not designed for your business.

DISPERSION

The operation is divided

Each department stores a portion of the information in a different tool.

GROWTH

The current solution falls short

New users, locations, or lines of business need a more solid foundation.

CONTROL

The data does not have a common source.

It's difficult to know which version of a piece of data is correct and who can modify it.

DEPENDENCIES

Every change has its limits.

The customizations of the current tool do not cover what you need.

CONTINUITY

Your application needs to evolve

You have your own software, but maintaining it or adding features is becoming increasingly complex.

WHAT WE DO

Software designed around your operations.

We agree with you on the priorities and scope so that each delivery responds to a specific need.

Resource management

Planning equipment, availability, materials and operations in a shared application.

Billing and administration

Budgets, orders, and billing workflows tailored to your existing rules and systems.

Customer portals

Private areas to consult information, send requests and track the status of each process.

Business applications

Web tools that collect your processes, permissions, and needs for each user profile.

Integrations and data

We connect the application to your systems and prepare the migration of the necessary data.

Software evolution

We expand or modernize existing applications with a change and continuity plan.

WHY WALLION

Software designed around your operations.

We work with you to define how the application should function, build the solution, and support its implementation. Each feature addresses a specific business need.

We understand the context. We review objectives, constraints, and people involved before proposing a solution.

We agreed on the scope. We clearly defined the responsibilities, priorities, and conditions of collaboration.

We support the execution. We share progress, decisions, and next steps with your team.

SCOPE

Clear priorities

Objectives, deliverables, and written validation criteria.

DELIVERY

Actual use

Joint reviews to verify that the work meets the agreed terms.

RESPONSIBLE

You always know who answers.

Direct communication and shared context during collaboration.

Oscar Leon

Who's responsible

You'll always know who's responsible.

Wallion is founder-led: the person who scopes the project is the person accountable for it running. No account managers, no hand-offs, no ghost teams.

Oscar has spent 14 years building in React, Node.js, TypeScript and AWS, the last of them owning technical direction across several teams at once. Recent technical direction includes TitanOS, the Linux system on Philips' 2026 TVs (18 million users in Europe), and an AI assistant at Opella / Sanofi for 11,000 employees. He works from Barcelona.

How it works

From need to a first useful delivery.

01

Discovery

We review processes, users, and data to understand what the application needs to solve.

02

Scope and architecture

We agreed on functionalities, integrations, phases, and acceptance criteria.

03

Development and testing

We build in stages and validate the routes with the people who will use the application.

04

Deployment and evolution

We launch the application and agree on its maintenance and upcoming changes.

WHERE IT FITS

When your operation needs its own software.

A custom application makes sense when your processes and rules need a fit that standard solutions don't offer.

01

A differential process

The way you work adds value and needs to be maintained.

02

Users identified

We know who will use the application and what they need to achieve.

03

A prioritized scope

We can separate what is essential from subsequent improvements.
