We work from Barcelona. The person who scopes and quotes the project is the person who builds it and is accountable for it running. No intermediaries, no hand-offs. Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, one hosting setup, one monitoring config. Nothing exotic, everything maintained. The same stack used for TitanOS (the frontend on the Linux system on Philips' 2026 TVs, 18 million users in Europe) and for an AI assistant at Opella / Sanofi (11,000 employees).
