DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Development staffing. People who add value to your team.

Experienced developers who integrate into your team. Temporary or permanent reinforcement with professionals we know and have worked with.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Do any of these situations sound familiar?

We start from the real context of your business to understand what should be resolved first.

ABILITY

The team is not meeting the roadmap

Priorities pile up and there is a lack of capacity to move forward at the necessary pace.

PROFILES

You lack concrete experience.

You need a profile that brings expertise to a part of the stack or the product.

DEADLINES

The selection process delays the project

The search for people consumes time that the project does not have available.

INTEGRATION

A reinforcement requires too much effort

Are you looking for someone who can integrate into the daily work and collaborate with the team?.

CONTINUITY

An absence blocks deliveries

You need to cover a stage without losing the context or knowledge of the project.

TRUST

Your resume doesn't tell you everything.

You want to know how the person works and what real experience they bring.

WHAT WE DO

Professionals whose work we know.

We agree with you on the priorities and scope so that each delivery responds to a specific need.

Monitoring the collaboration

We review the fit, priorities, and continuity with your team.

Oscar Leon

Who's responsible

You'll always know who's responsible.

Wallion is founder-led: the person who scopes the project is the person accountable for it running. No account managers, no hand-offs, no ghost teams.

Oscar has spent 14 years building in React, Node.js, TypeScript and AWS, the last of them owning technical direction across several teams at once. Recent technical direction includes TitanOS, the Linux system on Philips' 2026 TVs (18 million users in Europe), and an AI assistant at Opella / Sanofi for 11,000 employees. He works from Barcelona.

How it works

From profile to integration in four steps.

01

Need and context

We define the profile, experience, dedication and objectives of the incorporation.

02

Lace proposal

We present the available profiles and compare the fit with your device.

03

Incorporation

We agreed on the onboarding process and a first stage with clear responsibilities and objectives.

04

Tracking

We reviewed the collaboration and adapted the continuity to the needs of the project.

WHERE IT FITS

When you need to add capacity with sound judgment.

Staffing works best with a team that can share context, priorities, and work practices from the outset.

01

A defined need

We know the stack, the role, and the dedication that the project needs.

02

A benchmark team

There are people available to share context and review the work.

03

Shared objectives

The new employee has clear responsibilities and priorities.
