Cookie policy

This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on https://wallion.com (the “Site”), provided by FINE PROGRAMS SL (Wallion brand). It complements the Privacy policy.

It describes the new Site in its current state, not a banner that does not yet exist.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that the Site or a third party stores on your device. Equivalent technologies (local storage, pixels) also exist.

2. What we do today

Today, in the new Site’s code:

  • we do not load the HubSpot script (portal 148716913);
  • we do load Vercel Web Analytics (@vercel/analytics) in the layout, for aggregated visit measurement. Vercel states that it does not use cookies and that visits are identified with a hash that resets each day. We do not list cookie names or durations for that tool because, on its documentation, it does not set any;
  • we do not set analytics or marketing cookies (not HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads or LinkedIn);
  • there is no cookie banner and no persistent footer control, because there are no non-essential cookies to accept or reject;
  • there is no first-party cookie storing a consent preference.

A contact-form submission to the server is not a cookie. It is governed by the Privacy policy, not by banner consent.

Hosting is provided by Vercel, Inc. Access logs (IP, URL, date) are operation and security data, not analytics cookies. If a later scan shows a strictly technical cookie from Vercel or from the Site itself, it will be listed here by name.

Until that scan, we do not invent names or durations.

3. Legal basis

Anything strictly technical, if it appears, is covered by Art. 22.2 LSSI (exempt from consent) and, for logs, by the legitimate interest in operating the Site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Because there are no non-essential cookies, there is no consent to withdraw through a banner. Art. 7.3 GDPR will apply when processing is based on consent; today there is none for cookies.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. If you block all of them, the Site may stop working properly.

4. What we do not do (yet)

We do not use __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc or advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) on this Site.

The legacy production wallion.com still loads HubSpot 24241936 with no legal pages. That is not the behaviour of this code. This policy is about the new Site.

5. If this changes

Before loading HubSpot or any other non-essential tool we will:

  1. publish a notice with accept, reject and configure, with reject as easy as accept, no pre-ticked boxes and no wall in front of public content;
  2. update the cookie list with the name, provider, purpose and duration of each cookie (including the first-party cookie that remembers your choice);
  3. load the HubSpot script, if used, only for portal 148716913 (the organisation account) and only after consent to that category.

Until then, a text that promised to withdraw consent “from the footer” would be false. That is why we do not promise it.
