Legal notice and terms of use

This notice identifies the provider of https://wallion.com (the “Site”) under Spain’s Information Society Services Act 34/2002 (LSSI) and sets the terms of use. By browsing, you accept them.

Information on personal data is in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

1. Service provider

FINE PROGRAMS SL is a single-member company. The Site presents Wallion’s custom software services (including automations and integrations, MVPs, internal tools, cloud, consulting and development staffing, as published from time to time). It is not Wallion Mobility or Nummo; those services, if they exist, have their own sites and terms.

Access to the Site is free. Hiring a project or a service requires a separate agreement. Nothing published here is a binding offer or a quote.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational and for contact. You may consult content, cases or prices only to the extent they are published, write to hello@wallion.com or use the contact form, and, if published, book a call through an outbound link to HubSpot Meetings (https://meetings-eu1.hubspot.com/oleon). That link does not load the HubSpot script on the Site.

We may change, suspend or withdraw content or features, and correct errors, without that by itself giving rise to a right to compensation.

3. Lawful use

You agree to use the Site in line with the law, this notice and public order, and in particular:

• not to damage, overload or attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• not to introduce malware or carry out attacks (including denial of service);
• not to harvest content or data in bulk or by automated means where that harms the Site or infringes rights (ordinary good-faith search-engine crawling is not prohibited);
• not to reproduce, communicate or exploit the content for commercial purposes without permission;
• not to impersonate anyone or use the Site to send spam;
• to provide accurate data if you contact us.

We may block access or remove content if there are indications of use contrary to this notice.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site, its design, code, texts, graphics, logos and other content belong to FINE PROGRAMS SL or to third parties who have authorised us. Access does not assign any rights.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without permission is prohibited, except for quotation or private use allowed by law. The Wallion mark and the Site’s distinctive signs may not be used without permission.

5. Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example wallionmobility.com or meetings-eu1.hubspot.com). Those sites have their own controller. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

You may link to the Site’s home page in a lawful, non-misleading way, without framing or implying sponsorship. We may ask you to remove the link.

6. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of third-party components.

To the extent the law allows, FINE PROGRAMS SL is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, loss of data or of business arising from use or inability to use the Site, nor for decisions you take solely on the basis of its informational content, nor for network, browser or provider failures outside our reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that Spanish law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a consumer or user within the meaning of the Spanish TRLGDCU, you keep all rights that statute gives you.

Professional services are governed by the relevant contract, not by this notice.

7. Languages

The Site is published in Spanish, English and Catalan. The Spanish version prevails if there is a discrepancy. Catalan is offered as a courtesy to the user.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice and use of the Site are governed by Spanish law.

• If you act in the course of your professional or business activity, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, waiving any other forum that might apply.
• If you are a consumer or user, the forum will be the one that follows from the mandatory rules that protect you (including, where applicable, your place of residence).

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. We are not adhered to a specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity.

If you are a consumer or user and wish to complain, you may go to Barcelona’s Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) or consult https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. In general, professional software services under a quote and a contract are not a consumer relationship under the TRLGDCU, but you keep any remedies the law gives you.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The date of the latest version appears at the top. Later use implies acceptance, unless the law requires otherwise.
