What is the Diagnosis
We audit an existing project or a new idea and give you a written scope document and recommendations. The same process we use before building, but without obligation to proceed. You receive: honest technical evaluation, clickable prototype if applicable, fixed quote if you decide to build with Wallion, technical roadmap if the project is larger. All in 2 weeks.
Diagnosis — €1,900 (2 weeks)
We audit your project or idea: architecture, tech stack, existing code, roadmap, feature prioritisation. We give you a written scope document and recommendations. If you decide to build with Wallion, the Diagnosis cost (€1,900) is credited against the build quote. If you don't proceed, you keep the document and recommendations — useful for negotiating with other providers or for building internally.
What's included in the Diagnosis
Architecture and tech stack evaluation; code audit if exists; development practice review; roadmap planning and feature prioritisation; advisory on migrations, refactors or technical debt; second technical opinion on quotes or external teams; written scope document and recommendations. We don't sell open consulting hours. Everything starts with a fixed scope.

The Diagnosis can include one-off CTO advisory. For ongoing guidance, we talk after delivering it. Always with fixed scope, never open hours.
What if I just need a quick second opinion?
Start with the 30-minute call. If it's a quick question, we answer it there. If it needs analysis, it goes to Diagnosis (€1,900, credited if you build).
