What we build

We don't sell an internal SaaS for you to configure. We build the tool to fit, put it live and keep it running.
What's included in an internal tool
One complete flow: from data entry to output (report, dashboard, notification); connection to your current tools (CRM, ERP, spreadsheet, email); authentication and permissions if multiple users use it; responsive web interface that works on mobile and desktop; deployment on secure and maintained infrastructure; exportable data at any time. What's excluded: multiple complex flows in parallel (each additional flow is a new quote); integrations with tools that have no API or are closed; processes that change every week (stabilise first, then automate).
Pricing — Option D
Diagnosis €1,900 (2 weeks) — we audit one flow, prototype the tool and give you a fixed quote. If you proceed, it's credited. Core build €6,900–14,900 (4–8 weeks) — one single-flow internal tool, deployed and in use. Includes 3 months licence. Licence from €390/month — hosting, security updates, regulatory and API changes, small-change hours and business-hours support.
How we work
Diagnosis: we audit the manual flow, identify what can be automated, prototype the tool and lock the price. Build: we build the tool, integrate with your current systems, deploy and test with your team. Live in 4–8 weeks. Licence: we keep the tool running, update when APIs change, include small changes and respond during business hours. Anything that must never go down runs on managed third-party services.

What does the €6,900–14,900 band cover?
One internal tool with one complete flow: data entry, processing, output (dashboard, report, notification). Examples: quoting system, project tracking, metrics dashboard, scheduling tool. Doesn't cover: multiple parallel flows, MVPs with complex authentication, applications for external users.
What if we need more flows?
Each additional flow gets a fixed quote in days. Never surprise invoices. Scope is always written down.
How long does it take?
4–8 weeks from fixed quote to the tool being live. You see progress every week — working software, not status decks.
Custom software or buy SaaS?
