What is an MVP
A minimum viable product is the simplest version of your product that solves the core problem and lets you learn from real users. It's not a prototype: it's working software in production, with real users paying or testing. The goal is to validate your hypothesis before building every feature — 80% of startups fail because they build something nobody wants, not because the code is bad.
What we build
Complete web software (frontend + backend + database) in production; authentication and user management; payment integration if you sell from day one; admin panel for you to manage the product; deployment on scalable infrastructure; basic metrics to measure usage; one main flow, not ten features. The MVP must answer one question: will people pay for this? or will people use it every week? If the answer is no, you pivot or stop — with a known and limited cost.
Written fixed price
Diagnosis €1,900 (2 weeks) — we define the MVP's main flow, prototype and lock the build price in writing. If you proceed, it's credited. Build: written fixed price based on the scope defined in the Diagnosis. Not the €6,900–14,900 band (that's for single-flow internal tools). An MVP is usually above that because it includes authentication, payments, admin panel and has to handle external users. Licence from €390/month — hosting, updates, support. Changes after the MVP are new fixed quotes, not open hours.
How we work
Diagnosis: you define what problem you solve, for whom and how you measure success. We cut everything that's not critical and give you a one-main-flow MVP with a fixed price. Build: we build it in 4–8 weeks and deploy it. Validation: you test it with real users. If it works, you add features (new fixed quotes). If it doesn't work, you pivot or stop — without having spent a traditional agency budget.

How long does it take?

What if the MVP doesn't work?
